Description
An anterior cross section of the female urinary bladder showing the stages of bladder cancer progression through the wall. The model illustrates how urothelial carcinoma begins at the mucosal surface and invades progressively deeper: through the lamina propria, into the muscularis (detrusor), through the perivesical fat, and into adjacent organs. Each stage corresponds to the TNM classification system used in clinical oncology. The visual progression from superficial (Ta, T1) through muscle-invasive (T2) to locally advanced (T3, T4) disease is modeled in a single section, making it possible to compare stages side by side. Bladder cancer staging models are used in oncology education, multidisciplinary tumor board discussions, and patient counseling before treatment decisions. The anterior section provides the clearest view of wall invasion depth. Reviewed by a medical advisory board. Ready for rendering, real-time, and 3D printing.
