Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you get immediate access to additional credits.
No. Once you purchase a single license, it is yours to use indefinitely within the terms of that license type. There is no expiration date on individual downloads.
We do not currently offer a free trial. However, you can browse our full library and preview content before subscribing. All plans can be cancelled at any time with no long-term commitment.
Unused credits roll over for up to 6 months from the date they were issued. After 6 months, any remaining unused credits will expire. This gives you flexibility to use your credits when you need them most.
Yes, with a Standard or Extended license. The Educational license is strictly for non-commercial, academic, or research purposes. Standard licenses cover most commercial uses, while Extended licenses allow for broader distribution including merchandise and unlimited print runs.
Educational licenses are for non-commercial academic use. Standard licenses allow commercial use with some distribution limits (e.g., up to 500,000 print copies). Extended licenses provide the broadest rights, including unlimited distribution, merchandise use, and inclusion in commercial products.
Yes. All license types allow online use including social media posts and YouTube videos. For commercial channels or monetized content, a Standard or Extended license is required.
Yes. The Standard license covers up to 500,000 print copies. For unlimited print distribution, choose the Extended license. Educational licenses allow print use for non-commercial academic purposes.
Only with an Extended license. If you plan to include SciePro visuals in a product, application, or platform that you sell or distribute commercially, the Extended license is required.
Yes. Standard and Extended licenses allow use in paid advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. The Educational license does not permit advertising use.
Yes. All illustrations and animations are created by professional medical illustrators and reviewed by our Medical Advisory Board to ensure anatomical accuracy and clinical relevance.
Yes. If your use case does not fit our standard license tiers, contact our sales team to discuss custom licensing arrangements tailored to your organization.
Attribution is required only for the Educational license. The Standard and Extended licenses do not require attribution, giving you full flexibility in how you present the content.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
If you exhaust your monthly credits, you can purchase additional credits as needed or upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Your existing downloads and licenses remain unaffected.
The number of credits deducted depends on the license type you choose at download. Illustrations cost 5 (Educational), 10 (Standard), or 30 (Extended) credits. Animations cost 10, 20, or 45 credits respectively.
