Description

A 3D model of the female urinary bladder with a urothelial polyp projecting from the mucosal surface into the bladder lumen. The polyp has a visible stalk connecting it to the bladder wall, and the surrounding mucosa appears normal for comparison. Bladder polyps are outgrowths of the urothelial lining that may be benign or represent early neoplastic change. They are often discovered incidentally during cystoscopy or imaging for hematuria. Size, morphology, and biopsy results determine management. The model works for urology patient education, cystoscopy orientation teaching, and oncology surveillance discussions. The visual contrast between normal mucosa and the polyp helps communicate what a cystoscopic finding looks like in three dimensions. Medical advisory board reviewed. Clean geometry for rendering, real-time, and 3D printing.
