Description
A partial cross section of the male colon, removing a segment of the wall to expose the internal layered structure without fully opening the organ. The mucosal surface, crypt architecture, submucosal vessels, and muscular layers are visible at the cut edge, while the intact portion preserves the haustra pattern and three-dimensional shape. The partial section provides a balance between internal detail and external anatomy. The relationship between the taenia coli, haustra, and epiploic appendages on the outside and the mucosal crypts on the inside is visible in the same view. Useful for anatomy teaching where a full cross section sacrifices too much of the organ's external character. Reviewed by a medical advisory board. Clean geometry for rendering, real-time, and 3D printing.
