Description
The male reproductive system as an isolated 3D model, containing all organs and ducts from the testes through the external genitalia. The testes sit within the scrotum, connected by the epididymis to the vas deferens, which ascends through the inguinal canal into the pelvic cavity. The vas deferens joins the seminal vesicle duct to form the ejaculatory duct, passing through the prostate gland before opening into the prostatic urethra. The prostate is modeled with its zonal anatomy, and the seminal vesicles sit on the posterior bladder surface. The bulbourethral glands (Cowper's glands) contribute to the urethral pathway. The penis includes the paired corpora cavernosa and single corpus spongiosum surrounding the penile urethra. Reproductive anatomy is a focus area in urology, andrology, and fertility medicine. The isolated model removes surrounding pelvic structures so the ductal pathway from spermatogenesis to ejaculation can be traced without obstruction.
