Superiorly and leftward, the fundus rises beneath the left hemidiaphragm, while the body descends inferomedially toward the pyloric antrum, which narrows into the pyloric canal and sphincter. The animation orbits and subtly reorients the stomach so the lesser curvature remains medial and concave, the greater curvature lateral and convex, and the continuity with the distal esophagus and first part of the duodenum stays legible as depth cues shift. Landmarks stay clear. Radiographic anatomy of the gastrum matters because most clinical interpretation starts with recognizing shape, level, and narrowing points before calling pathology.
