The animation tracks the bladder wall from lumen outward, clarifying the urothelium and lamina propria, the detrusor muscle bundles, and the outer adventitia or peritoneal covering where the superior surface relates to the vesicouterine pouch. As the section rotates and settles into true sagittal orientation, the bladder body and base are distinguished, and the smooth trigone is positioned posteroinferiorly, continuous with the internal urethral orifice at the bladder neck.
