Anterior leg (crus) anatomy is emphasized on a standing, front-facing Black adult female model, with the highlighted area spanning from the inferior pole of the patella toward the ankle. Along the midline, the tibial crest and anteromedial surface of the tibia define the subcutaneous border, while the fibula lies lateral and slightly posterior, contributing to the lateral contour without the same direct palpability.
