Presented in dorsal (posterior) view, the dorsum of the right hand and distal forearm are seen from the carpus through the metacarpus to the proximal phalanges. Blue kinesiology tape spans the dorsal wrist just distal to the radial and ulnar styloid processes, then tracks distally over the extensor compartments toward the second to fourth web spaces, crossing superficial to the extensor digitorum tendons and the dorsal venous network. Proximally, the tape lies over the extensor retinaculum region; distally, its limbs separate between the metacarpal heads, aligning with the dorsal interossei and extensor hood area. Clear landmarks.
