Description
Captured in medial profile, the midfoot and hindfoot are seen in weight-bearing alignment with the toes oriented to the left, bringing the medial longitudinal arch into clear relief. The navicular sits just distal to the talar head, with the medial cuneiform and base of the first metatarsal aligned anteriorly along the inner column, while the calcaneus forms the posterior pillar of the arch. Blue kinesiology tape spans from the dorsal midfoot across the plantar-medial arch and wraps around the posterior heel, crossing the region where the plantar fascia originates from the medial process of the calcaneal tuberosity. Skin texture and soft-tissue contours are intentionally preserved. Medial arch support is the point.
