Posterior surface anatomy of the male brachium is presented from the shoulder girdle to the elbow, with the triceps brachii forming the dominant contour along the posterior arm and tapering distally to its common tendon at the olecranon. The deltoid cap sits superolaterally at the shoulder, while the posterior axillary fold is suggested by the inferior margin of latissimus dorsi and teres major, framing the proximal medial arm. Distally, the olecranon and the medial and lateral epicondyles create the palpable bony triangle of the elbow, with the forearm (antebrachium) beginning inferior to the elbow crease and the dorsal forearm mass tracking along the ulna.
