Description
Medial femoral condyle anatomy dominates the distal femur in this medial view, with the smooth convex articular surface curving inferiorly to meet the tibial plateau within the knee joint. Superior and slightly posterior to the articular margin, the medial epicondyle forms a nonarticular prominence, and just proximal to it the adductor tubercle sits at the transition into the medial supracondylar line.
