Description

Running from the lateral epicondyle of the humerus to the radial styloid, the lateral forearm contour is dominated proximally by the brachioradialis, with extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis lying just posterior to it. Superficial extensor muscles, including extensor digitorum and extensor carpi ulnaris, form the posterolateral mass and taper distally toward their dorsal tendons at the wrist.
