Rendered as a semi-transparent overlay on an adult female face and upper neck, the illustration layers superficial and deeper anatomy beneath the skin, including the frontalis, orbicularis oculi, zygomaticus major and minor, buccinator, orbicularis oris, masseter, and platysma. Yellow neural pathways course from the temporal region across the midface and mandible, consistent with branches of the trigeminal nerve (supraorbital, infraorbital, mental) and the facial nerve as it radiates from the parotid region toward the muscles of facial expression. Red and blue vessels track along expected corridors, with the facial artery and vein crossing the mandible anterior to the masseter, and the common carotid artery and internal jugular vein descending within the carotid sheath deep to the sternocleidomastoid.
