Red arterial trunks and blue venous channels course from the neck into the axillary region, consistent with the common carotid artery, internal and external jugular veins, subclavian vessels, and their continuation as axillary vessels deep to pectoralis minor. Yellow peripheral nerves radiate across the face and anterior neck, then sweep laterally toward the shoulder in a distribution consistent with the facial nerve branches and the roots and trunks of the brachial plexus in the posterior triangle. Proportions read pediatric. Pediatric anatomy is not just smaller anatomy, the shorter neck, higher laryngeal position, and tighter neurovascular corridors change how you interpret surface landmarks and plan access.
