Radiographic full-body rendering traces the male lymphatic network from the superficial cervical lymph nodes along the internal jugular chain down to the supraclavicular fossae, then laterally into the axillary nodal basin and inferiorly through mediastinal and hilar clusters. As the sequence progresses, lymphatic vessels converge toward the cisterna chyli anterior to the L1 to L2 vertebral bodies, then ascend as the thoracic duct in the posterior mediastinum to the left venous angle, while a smaller right lymphatic duct terminates at the right subclavian-jugular junction. Abdominal drainage pathways highlight mesenteric, paraaortic (lumbar), common iliac, external iliac, and inguinal nodes, with distal channels tracking along the femoral and popliteal regions in the lower limb. Flow is directional. Clinical value comes from seeing nodal groups in relation to expected drainage territories, the same map used when interpreting radiographic lymphangiography, nuclear medicine lymphoscintigraphy, or cross-sectional nodal staging on CT.
