Description
Posterior upper trunk anatomy is rendered with the superficial and intermediate back musculature overlying key bony landmarks. Superiorly, the trapezius spans from the external occipital protuberance and nuchal ligament down to the spinous processes, inserting laterally along the acromion and spine of the scapula, where it frames the posterior shoulder girdle.
