Seen from a lateral perspective, the biceps brachii forms a fusiform muscle belly along the anterior compartment of the arm, with the long and short heads converging into a common tendon distally. The humerus lies deep to the muscle belly, while the radius and ulna appear distal to the elbow with the radial side more prominent laterally. Distally, the biceps tendon tracks toward the proximal radius, aligning with the radial tuberosity just inferior to the elbow joint. Bone landmarks stay crisp.
