Description
Posterior surface anatomy of the male back is rendered with the trapezius, posterior deltoid, triceps brachii, and latissimus dorsi framing the midline vertebral column. Along the thoracolumbar region, segmental spinal nerves exit near the intervertebral foramina and divide into dorsal rami, with their lateral branches tracking posterolaterally.
