Description
Beginning with an anterior standing anatomical position, the sequence traces the superficial skeletal muscles of the male body from the cervical region to the foot, with clear separation between the axial and appendicular compartments. Across the face and neck you can expect the sternocleidomastoid, trapezius, and deltoid to frame the shoulder girdle, while pectoralis major and rectus abdominis sit anterior to the rib cage and abdominal wall, and latissimus dorsi and erector spinae dominate the posterior thoracolumbar contour.
