Description
Along the lateral aspect of the male upper limb, the brachial fascia is emphasized as a continuous investing sheath over the posterior compartment, draping the triceps brachii (long, lateral, and medial heads) posterior to the humeral shaft. Superiorly it blends with the deep fascia over the deltoid region, while distally it continues toward the elbow to merge with the antebrachial fascia over the extensor mass. Anterior structures such as the biceps brachii and brachialis remain visible at the anterior border of the arm, helping define the intermuscular planes.
