As the camera progresses around the torso, posterior coverage becomes apparent over the scapular region and lumbar area, where adipose often accumulates differently than along the midline over the spinous processes. Landmarks such as the umbilicus, costal margin, iliac crest, and linea alba help orient the distribution as it evolves frame by frame.
