Presented against the bony framework of the upper limb and thorax, the superficial lymphatic vessels of the brachium course in the subcutaneous plane from the distal forearm toward the axilla, tracking the limb’s major superficial venous routes. Medially, collectors accompany the basilic vein toward the medial bicipital groove and pass superiorly to the axillary lymph nodes, while lateral channels follow the cephalic vein along the lateral border of the biceps brachii and toward the deltopectoral (infraclavicular) nodes near the clavicle. Without the arm musculature, the clavicles, sternum, ribs, scapular outlines, and humerus provide clear landmarks for proximal drainage pathways. Nodes stand out.
