Superficial and deep parotid lymph nodes cluster anteroinferior to the external acoustic meatus, embedded along the lateral surface and within the substance of the parotid gland, with collecting lymphatic vessels tracking anteriorly across the cheek and superiorly toward the temporal region. Blue venous channels course in parallel, with tributaries consistent with the superficial temporal and facial venous pathways lying superficial to the masseter and crossing the mandibular ramus, while the sternocleidomastoid and trapezius define the posterior and inferior muscular boundaries of the field.
