Superficial skeletal muscles of a male child are presented in anatomical position with emphasis on the anterior upper body. Across the thorax, pectoralis major spans from the sternum and clavicle laterally toward the humerus, with the anterior deltoid capping the shoulder and blending inferiorly into the lateral contour of the upper arm. Biceps brachii forms the prominent anterior brachium, while triceps brachii defines the posterior compartment along the humeral shaft. On the left side of the face, temporalis occupies the temporal fossa superior to the zygomatic arch and masseter sits more inferior and lateral along the mandibular ramus, with sternocleidomastoid descending obliquely from the mastoid process to the sternum and medial clavicle in the anterolateral neck. Fiber direction is clear.
