Rendered in an oblique lateral view of a male child, the superficial and selected deeper muscle layers of the face, neck, shoulder girdle, thorax, abdomen, and upper limb are presented with a semi-transparent skin overlay. Along the lateral skull, the temporalis fans superiorly above the zygomatic arch while the masseter sits inferolateral to the mandibular ramus, forming the principal jaw-closing complex. The sternocleidomastoid runs obliquely from the mastoid process to the manubrium and medial clavicle, lying anterolateral to the cervical strap region, while the trapezius slopes posteroinferiorly toward the scapular spine. Anteriorly, pectoralis major spans from clavicle and sternum to the humerus, with deltoid capping the shoulder laterally; biceps brachii and brachialis occupy the anterior arm, and rectus abdominis with the external oblique defines the anterolateral abdominal wall. Proportions read as pediatric. That matters.
