Description
Radiographic-style transparency places the male pelvic ring in pale blue while the red arterial tree stands out from the distal abdominal aorta into the right and left common iliac arteries at the lumbosacral junction. Each common iliac bifurcates into an external iliac artery coursing inferolaterally along the pelvic brim toward the inguinal region and an internal iliac artery turning posteromedially into the lesser pelvis.
