Forearm flexor groups lie anterior to the radius and ulna, their tendons converging distally toward the wrist and digits, while the hand skeleton (carpals, metacarpals, and phalanges) provides bony context beneath the distal tendons and vessels. Spatial relationships are clear. For teaching and clinical communication, an anterior view of arm vasculature clarifies why the cubital fossa is such a common access corridor, the brachial artery sits deep to the bicipital aponeurosis, and the median cubital vein remains the workhorse for phlebotomy and peripheral venous cannulation.
