Presented on an upright adult African male in slight left anterior oblique stance, the lymphatic vessels are traced from the distal upper and lower limbs proximally toward the axial collectors, with major nodal basins emphasized in green. Cervical lymph nodes cluster along the anterolateral neck, while axillary nodes sit inferolateral to the pectoral region and inguinal nodes lie along the proximal thigh and groin, receiving superficial drainage from the body wall and limbs. Along the midline of the trunk, deep channels course with the great vessels, converging toward the cisterna chyli and ascending as the thoracic duct to the left venous angle at the junction of the left internal jugular and subclavian veins.
