Description
Presented in a right anterolateral three-quarter stance, the adult female figure exposes superficial myology from head to foot, with fiber direction rendered as striation across the major muscle groups. Superiorly, the sternocleidomastoid descends obliquely from mastoid region toward the manubrium and clavicle, while the deltoid caps the shoulder lateral to pectoralis major and the biceps brachii lies anterior to the humerus, opposed by triceps brachii posteriorly. Across the trunk, external oblique and rectus abdominis define the anterior abdominal wall, and intercostal muscle slips occupy the spaces between ribs; inferiorly, the iliopsoas tracks deep and anterior at the hip, the sartorius crosses from the anterior superior iliac spine toward the medial tibia, and the adductor compartment (including gracilis) sits medial to the quadriceps, with the gluteal mass wrapping posterolaterally. Distal detail is emphasized. Intrinsic hand muscles and extensor and flexor tendons are delineated at the wrist, and the dorsum and plantar aspects of the foot show tendon courses into the toes.
