Description
Centered on the right pulmonary hilum, the medial vein of the right lung is traced as it courses anterior to the right main bronchus and converges toward the left atrium as part of the right pulmonary venous return. Superior and inferior pulmonary veins from the right lung parenchyma are suggested by tributaries draining the upper and lower lobes, running alongside segmental bronchi and accompanying pulmonary arterial branches.
